For me, this is not simply a hobby or job but a way of life to survive. Living with an autoimmune disease, a pituitary tumor, understanding prediabetes, and life after a thyroidectomy, I rely on fitness, positive mental health and a proper diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
My passion lies within "Health & Wellness," bettering fitness levels and teaching women and adolescents to manage stress and anxiety. I am a firm believer in sound mind, body, and spirit. My main objective is to help women and youth cope with self-esteem issues and develop and unlock their inner self-confidence through fitness.
