Who is Curl Power

Find Your Lifestyle

OwnerAri Viola

For me, this is not simply a hobby or job but a way of life to survive. Living with an autoimmune disease, a pituitary tumor, understanding prediabetes, and life after a thyroidectomy, I rely on fitness, positive mental health and a proper diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

My passion lies within personal training and behavioral change by bettering fitness levels and teaching women, men, and adolescents to manage stress, anxiety, and disillusions regarding ones body and thoughts. I am a firm believer in sound mind, body, and spirit. My main objective is to help women, men, and youth cope with self-esteem issues and develop and unlock their inner self-confidence through fitness.
